4. Billing & Payments
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Refunds are available as described in our refund policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hosta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice.
